Booking & Cancellation Details
Go!Adventure Tours bookings require a $1000 deposit to secure your spot, with full payment required 90 days before departure. (If you wish to travel in less than 90 days, please contact us directly at information@goadvtours.com. We love spontaneous travelers and are happy to work with you to make more immediate travel plans.)
- Cancellation Options: For cancellations, guests can choose between paying a fee or accepting a future trip credit, with stricter policies applying closer to the departure date.
- Refund Policy: Canceling more than 90 days in advance results in a $250 fee; 61-90 days results in a 30% fee, and 31-60 days results in a 60% fee. No refunds or credits are offered for cancellations 30 days or less before a trip.
- Grace Period: A full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 14 days of booking, provided the booking was made at least 14 days before the final payment date.
- Travel Protection Insurance: It is highly recommended to purchase travel protection to cover unanticipated cancellations.
